ApS, company registration no. 70 12 22 19, Birkemosevej 16, DK-6000 Kolding, Denmark.

The information we register is:

Your first name and surname, whether you are 18 years of age or above, postal and/or delivery address, email address, mobile telephone number and which orders you have placed while using the web shop on the web-site under the domain name www.gabba.dk.   

The information is stored in a non-encrypted form and is also transmitted in a non-encrypted form.

The personal information is used solely to grant you access to the ser-vices and products provided on the web site, hereunder also the web shop services, under the domain name www.gabba.dk, to execute any orders you may place with Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS, to monitor any possibili-ties of improving the services and products offered on the web site, here-under also the web shop, under the domain name www.gabba.dk, and to comply with the accounting legislation requiring storage of your informa-tion for a period of five (5) years from your latest order.

5.3    Notwithstanding the above, by accepting this Personal Data Pol-icy you give your explicit consent that Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS may disclose personal data about you to affiliated and subsidiary companies, provided that such a company does not use your personal data to further extent than described herein.


6.    Possibilities of editing and deleting personal data

6.1    Your personal data will be deleted or changed only when you either request Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS to do so or when Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS finds that Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS does not need the information or that it must be changed.

6.2    Notwithstanding the above clause 6.1. Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS is, however, pursuant to the accounting legislation under an obligation to store your personal data for a minimum of five (5) years from your latest order.    
 
6.3    If you wish to delete or change your personal data at an earlier point in time than described in clause 6.2, you must contact Yab Yum Clothing Co. ApS in writing.

8.3    Any updates, changes and/or amendments in this Personal Data Policy will be published on the web site under the domain name www.gabba.dk and will be in force from the date of publication.

8.4    Notwithstanding the above clause 8.3., any updates, changes and/or amendments to this Personal Data Policy applies also to personal data collected and registered prior to publication on the web site under the domain name www.gabba.dk of any updates, changes and/or amendments.


9.    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1    This Personal Data Policy is construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Denmark.

9.2    Any dispute arising out of or from this Personal Data Policy or the interpretation hereof which cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before a Danish Court applying Danish legislation in force at any time with the exception of Danish private law rules to the extend such would lead to the application of any other legisla-tion than Danish.
