HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order with gabba.dk, you have to go through the following steps:
1) Find the product you want. 2) Choose colour, length and waist size and add the product to the shopping basket. 3) Go to the shopping basket by clicking the basket item in the top right corner. 4) Choose your shipment method and proceed to checkout. 5) Enter your personal information and delivery information. 6) Check that order, price and delivery address are correct and confirm your purchase. 7) Enter your credit card information and complete payment. 8) An invoice will be sent to you with the product.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
If you are not happy with the products received, e.g. if the size was not correct or you do not like the colour, you can return the articles within 14 days of receiving them. Once we receive the products, we will inspect and process the goods within 1 - 2 days. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All returned goods are inspected on receipt. Items in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and you will not get a refund. Together with the product you need to send a copy of your receipt and fill in the return label. Products sent COD (cash on delivery) will NOT be accepted and will thus be returned at your own expense. Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs for returned products. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If an order has already been sent from our warehouse, we cannot change it. You may cancel your order within 7 business days after placing it. However, since we execute orders every day, it may already have been sent to you. If so, you need to return the products to us in order to complete the cancelation (the shipping costs will be paid by you). If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service on web@gabba.dk
HOW TO LODGE COMPLAINTS?
When you receive your GABBA products, you should inspect them for any defects or damage. If you think you have received defective products, please let us know straight away by contacting Customer Service. In case of defective products, you must contact Customer Service before sending the products back. The best way is to contact us first by sending an e-mail with pictures explaining what is wrong with the defective products. If the products need to be returned to GABBA, you will receive a prepaid shipping label from us (please note that this only applies for returning defective products). I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU. DOES GABBA SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At present, the only country outside the EU that we deliver to is Norway. You are welcome to contact customer service and hear if we can ship to you.
HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
If you have any questions or queries regarding an order or one of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
You will receive an e-mail when your products have been shipped. We will ship your products within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your confirmation. Depending on where you reside, the shipping time is the following: Denmark: 1 – 2 business days Europe and Norway: 3 – 4 business days
WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong products or something is missing from your order, please send an e-mail to web@gabba.dk and we will try to help you as soon as possible. Please send as many details as you can (photos etc.) and your order number(s).
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Customs or import duties are charged once the products reach their destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for information on current charges and duties before you order, so you are not faced with unexpected charges.

We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron, JCB and American Express.
